This was our first experience with simultaneously buying and selling a house, and I honestly think we would have given up without Rosalyn and Jeff (Krider). I could write a novel about the last few months, but I'll make it short. Rosalyn was a dream to work with. She landed us our dream home (which had multiple offers) and sold our house for a dream amount (with a bidding war). The house we sold ended up having some rather large issues revealed during the inspection, but with Rosalyn's connections we were able to get it resolved pretty quickly. It was naturally a very stressful time for us, but Rosalyn and Jeff make you feel like you're their only client. They always make themselves available to talk, whether you have a legitimate question or are just freaking out a bit and need calmed down. I don't think we're going to move again for a very long time, but if we do we'll go back to them in a heartbeat.

We purchased our home in 2010 with the help of Rosalyn Miller and could think of no one better than her team to sell with in 2014.
We had a great interview with her team member Jeff Krider and discussed an aggressive price. We wanted to sell quickly and though the comparatives showed that the house was marketable at a higher price, they were flexible with our wishes. They were able to encourage us to come up with a number that we were comfortable with but would still be representative of latest sales. Because of our need to sell, Jeff was able to set up our photographs to be taken very promptly. He also immediately gave me a few quick and easy hints to stage the house. The pictures were so well done. This was a huge reason for the success in selling our home. It showcased all the best parts of the home before buyers even walked through the door!
I think the best part about the listing process was the way they have embraced technology. The paperwork was able to be signed online, all showings could be accepted quickly on my phone, something that surely other Realtors have not updated to, but made the process very quick and effective!
We were told that the first week was critical once listed. So I worked very hard to have the house as perfect as possible for the first showings and the pictures were on the MLS within less than 48 hours! From that time, we had 5 showings set up within 24 hours.
We received 4 offers in 48 hours from being listed and accepted the 4th offer for above our asking price. In fact it was a price near what Jeff had recommended listing in the first place!
Of course, with that many offers, there was a lot of work and negotiating to be done. Christy Gammon was efficient and timely in getting all the information to me, even on late nights and weekends. She was able to make all of the real estate agents for the buyers feel good about the situation and we not only had 1 accepted offer but kept 2 back up offers as well.
During inspections, Rosalyn helped to take over more of the nitty gritty details, and help us with the request to remedy. Again, she was excellent at making both sides of the deal feel comfortable with the agreement. This is due to her incredible knowledge and experience in the field of real estate as well as her honesty and integrity in dealing with everyone. She has a very calming nature. Which is helpful in a stressful situation of buying or selling a house.
